MONTHLY GROUP

The pace of each session is slow, inviting your body to fully arrive and relax. You will be guided into a deeper liminal state, allowing the energy to nurture your being. By being held in this way, you’re able to more deeply tap into intuition and insight,  coming out of your session with deeper awareness, embodiment, and clarity.

Lauren Shaffer is a healer, a creative, a curator — and the founder of Vessel Studio.

She naturally holds others as she seamlessly bridges two worlds; the intuitive and the strategic. As a Reiki Master, meditation facilitator, and Integrative Health Coach, and having trained under renowned teachers Lara Elliott and Mandy Trapp, Lauren supports personal expansion through a lens of emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.

Her focus has always been on health and wellbeing, whether 1:1 or through a long career of building global "feel good" natural consumer brands.

Whether she’s facilitating personal healing or guiding a brand’s evolution, Lauren brings her warm energy to clients with deep intention and genuine care. Her gift lies in distilling what matters most and translating it simply and practically. She is known for her grounded presence, quiet confidence, and unwavering commitment to magic — qualities that naturally create a space where transformation happens.
