Lauren Shaffer is a healer, a creative, a curator — and the founder of Vessel Studio.

She naturally holds others as she seamlessly bridges two worlds; the intuitive and the strategic.

Whether she’s facilitating personal healing or guiding a brand’s evolution, Lauren brings her warm energy to clients with deep intention and genuine care. Her gift lies in distilling what matters most and translating it simply and practically.

Her work seeks to get to the spiritual and emotional roots of life patterns and dynamics that are inhibiting deep health and clients’ fullest expression. She is known for her grounded presence, quiet confidence, and unwavering commitment to create subtle (and not so subtle) magic — qualities that naturally create a space that holds transformation.

Her focus has always been on wellbeing, whether 1:1 or through a long career of building global health-focused consumer brands. Now as a Reiki Master, meditation facilitator, and Integrative Health Coach, Lauren supports personal expansion through a lens of emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.
