Her gift lies in distilling what matters most and translating it simply and practically. Her focus has always been on wellbeing, whether 1:1 or through a long career of building global natural, health-focused consumer brands. Now as a Reiki Master, meditation facilitator, and Integrative Health Coach, Lauren supports personal expansion through a lens of emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.
